Quick Assemble: Very straightforward manual, what you need do is to stick the 6 legs to the sofa, unzip the sofa seat to get out the cup holders and arm rests, and put them on the sofa, only 20 minutes and it is done.
Other Functions: This sofa has 2 cup holders that can be hided as a part of back when no need to use, and 2 arm rests that are removable as throw pillows. Please note you need unzip the seat bottom to get this parts out on assembly.
